HIGH STREET
So my birthday is sort of coming up.
Well, in November, but I like to be prepared! I tend to start scouting for things I like around September time, and slowly refining and committing my wishlist as it gets closer to the date. When it comes to birthdays I’m very much still the ‘five year old that’s so excited for the new barbie that she bugs her parents all year and then can’t sleep the night before from all the self-induced hype’ type. It’s kind of a big deal still.
I’m also super organised because I hate those people who are all like “Oh don’t worry you don’t need to get me anything” when you clearly do, and then you buy them something rubbish that they secretly put straight in the ‘for charity’ pile, or even worse recycle as a gift for that aunt they don’t really like. I’m not gonna be that person. So here’s my list, because yes, you do need to buy me a gift, or we’re not friends anymore.
I’m kidding, I’m kidding, of course. I am *slightly* more grown up than that. I just thought I’d share some of my favourite picks that I’d discovered on my list-making journey, including some pieces that made the cut and a few cheeky wishful thinking bits that I’m lusting after. Click on the images to shop directly, but not the high end pieces because I’ll be super jealous…
Anyone else got a big birthday coming up? This time of year always seems to be busy with parties! Speaking of, unfortunately I can’t get away with dressing up as a princess and hiring out Maccy D’s anymore (the dream) – what else could I do to celebrate?
Love the first blouse and the beautiful green leather jacket. – and the amazing YSL bag :)
It’s never to early to start planning a birthday or even what you want for it!Loving these early picks!
